Vicky is a Deep Tissue Therapist who uses a range of techniques to achieve the best for her clients. She works with clients in chronic and accute pain as well as offering relaxation massage. All with an outcome based style of massage. She listen to what you would like to achieve and plans your treatment around it. Techniques can include; trigger point therapy, heat, myofascial release deep tissue and stretching. Techniques such as Trigger point therapy, Hot stone therapy, Stretching and Soft tissue release.
