Myofacial Cupping Only (No Massage)

Application of kinesiology or rigid sports tape to support joints, reduce pain, aid recovery, or enhance performance. Ideal for managing swelling, postural support, muscle activation or offloading during activity. Taping is tailored to your specific needs – whether you’re training, competing, or managing an ongoing issue.

Quick and effective support before or after sport, or as an add-on to treatment.

K Taping / Strapping

A focused injury assessment to help identify the cause of your pain, restriction, or dysfunction. This session includes a detailed movement screen, clinical testing, and discussion of your training and injury history. You’ll receive a working diagnosis (where appropriate) and a personalised rehab or management plan tailored to your goals.

Please note: This session does not include hands-on treatment. Ideal as a first step before booking treatment or for those looking for a clear rehab direction.
