Hi I'm Leila, I have over 7 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, boxing instructor, pre and postnatal qualifed and I am also a qualified sports masseuse. Being a mother myself I have personal experience with training pre and post natal along side the qualifctaion so I can relate to you with any difficulties you may experience during the journey. Having worked in the industry for a long period of time I have come across lots of different clients with different goals! One thing they can all agree on is that I push their bodies to the limit and have challenged them.
