Applewood Wellness is a little business run by me, Leah. I pride myself on giving women a safe, warm and welcoming environment to come for self care including massage & facials. I also hold a level 4 in Counselling & Psychotherapy and provide integrative talk therapy and CBT for when things get too much. Dedicated to helping women feel supported and empowered.
